1.  Update pending updates of WordPress and the website’s plugins.
2.  Install any pending PHP version updates via the server host and ensure
   proper functionality/website recognition of the SSL certificate.
3. Run weekly security checks, and fix any malware or hacks found.
4. Install code or plugins required to connect the website to third-party services.
5. Update the website’s content with new content provided by The Client up to 4 hours per month (additional time billed at reduced rate).
6. Reply to The Client’s inquiries within 24 hours, excluding weekends, or except
   when The Client has been previously notified of a period of limited availability.
7. Provide up to 4 hours (four) of technical service time to the Client account per billing period (monthly hours DO NOT (roll over). Additional time beyond 4 hours will incur hourly service charges.
